Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, multi-talented artist and four-time Grammy nominee Jelly Roll took the reins as guest host and was joined by his WWE SummerSlam tag team partner, Randy Orton. The two discussed a variety of topics, including Orton’s family life and his father and grandfather being wrestlers. Orton shared a touching story about his daughter’s birthday celebration in the ring and talked about how his mother, a nurse, worries about him, especially after a recent punch from Logan Paul. Jelly Roll and Orton also joked about their respective weight, with Orton mentioning he got up to 300 pounds while injured. The mutual respect between the two was evident, as Orton praised Jelly Roll for his dedication to stepping into the wrestling world.

The conversation took a turn when their SummerSlam opponent, Drew McIntyre, interrupted the show. After some back and forth, things escalated when Logan Paul made a surprise appearance, calling Jelly Roll a “greasy redneck prison rat” and slapping him across the face. This was a massive mistake, as Jelly Roll retaliated by grabbing Paul by the neck and chokeslamming him through a table.

This intense rivalry will come to a head at the first-ever two-night WWE SummerSlam, live from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3, 2025.
