Similar to the famous “fake” question, all pro wrestlers eventually get pressed about steroids. Check out this video compilation of wrestlers responding to steroid allegations.
One of the most famous press clips on wrestling and steroids came from The Arsenio Hall Show. In the midst of the early ’90s steroid scandal in the WWF, Hulk Hogan went on TV to claim he’d never done steroids.
“What I am is what I am. I’m a real American, I love my family, I love my god, I love all my people who believe in me,” Hogan prefaced. “I was insulted when the speculation said all you’ve got to do is take a pill or take a shot in the butt everyday to get to look like Hulk Hogan. I’ve trained 20 years, two hours a day to look like I do. But the things that I am not, is I’m not a steroid abuser and I do not use steroids.”

In a follow-up report by Inside Edition, Superstar Billy Graham torched Hogan‘s TV testimony.
“I myself, personally, have injected Hulk Hogan with anabolic steroids,” Graham said. “I want him to be honest. I want him to tell the American public because of the overwhelming evidence of testimonies from people like myself. He’s taken steroids from the late ’70s through the whole decade of the ’80s. I want him to come clean, he owes it to his fans, he owes it to the children of this country.”
