Trick Williams and Lash Legend Marry in Jamaica with Lil Yachty Among the Guests

Trick Williams and Lash Legend get married.

Wedding bells beat the ring bell this week. WWE United States Champion Trick Williams married Lash Legend in Jamaica, and he saved the big reveal for a live crowd, announcing the news during the SmackDown taping at London’s O2 Arena.

People reports the couple tied the knot on June 20 in the garden of Trident Castle, perched on the peninsula in the bay of Port Antonio. Williams (real name Matrick Belton) had been off the previous week’s show, and on the London stage he finally told fans why: he had been in the Caribbean getting married to Lash Legend (real name Anriel Howard).

A Performance Center Romance That Went the Distance

Williams and Legend first crossed paths while training together at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, where a friendship grew into a relationship over nearly two years. He proposed on November 27, 2025, during a Thanksgiving dinner at the couple’s new home, and roughly seven months later they were exchanging vows overseas.

Speaking to People, who ran the first photos as an exclusive, Legend explained why the pair chose Jamaica. “We really wanted to give people a trip and a wedding they’ve never experienced before,” she said. “We both have people who love and support us, so we wanted to have this special time for everyone.”

A Star-Studded Guest List, with Lil Yachty in the Building

More than 120 guests made the trip, including a heavy WWE contingent. Nia Jax, Legend‘s tag team partner, was on hand alongside Oba Femi, Julius Creed, and Ilja Dragunov. Rapper Lil Yachty, who has lined up with Williams on SmackDown as his on-screen running buddy in recent weeks, brought the pop-culture wattage to the celebration.

The ceremony carried a personal touch from start to finish. Williams‘ older brother, Andre, officiated, and Legend walked down the aisle in one of three custom gowns as Jamie Foxx’s Heaven played.

Madly in Love, with Africa and a Family Next

In the same interview, Legend made clear the two are all in. “Our morals and values align seamlessly,” she said. “We are so selfless toward each other and are truly madly in love with each other.” The newlyweds plan to keep traveling the world together, starting with a honeymoon in Africa, and they have talked about starting a family down the road.

For Williams, it caps a banner stretch. He is carrying the WWE United States Championship and now heads back to television a married man, with his bride and his on-screen crew firmly in his corner. WWE fans got the announcement live in London, and the photos did the rest.

Congratulations to the happy couple.
